Very caring and helpful staff. We've only had good experiences here and they truly care about my pets. As a few others have mentioned, the only downside is things are a little bit pricey. But the prices aren't that far off par for the other non-chain veterinary clinics in the immediate area. The staff has always respected my decisions to save money by getting vaccines at the county shelter, getting prescriptions filled elsewhere, or deciding that certain things were not necessary to do at the time.

I took my cat here on 1/5/2016 for an issue I was having with him (I wasn't sure if it was something normal or serious). I also knew my boy was well over due for some shots and tests. I got an appointment right away. My issue I was having with the cat ended up not being anything serious at all, but he was definitely in need of some shots and tests that I should have gotten a long time ago. The total of the stuff they recommended he had done was cheaper then I expected, so instead of getting it done over a few visits where I could have made smaller payments to stay within my budget I decided to just go over budget once and get it all done because I didn't want to have to keep bringing my cat back. One day of being poked and touched by strangers and having something stuck where the sun don't shine is enough for a year or 2 !) The assistant was great, he answered all my questions and when I told him I did not want one specific thing done that was recommended for my cat it was fine and I was not pressured or I was not made to feel like a bad guy in any way for my choice. Then the Vet was wonderful, she was so nice she answered all my questions and concerns I had. My cat is healthy and that makes me happy and we will definitely return as needed.

I'm not sure where all of this negativity is coming from. I was here just today and I was awed by the care shown towards my dog as always. He loves coming here; who else can say that? He even got sent home with a treat-he gobbled it right up. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Butler is sincere and is careful to give you all of your information and options. The prices are not cheap; however, only places that don't care about healthy pets can afford to have really low prices. At Haddon Veterinary Clinic, you get what you pay for, and that's amazing care for you and your pet. The prices are still reasonable, too, which is amazing considering how much they love their patients and clients. I wouldn't send Prince anywhere else!
