Dear Acorn Veterinary Clinic friends, 


We’re writing to let you know about an upcoming change to some of the ways in which we communicate digitally with you. 


VIN® Practice Communications, the company that provides our text messaging, client newsletters, and online pet records (PetSites), is planning to cease operations in mid-2024. As a result, we’ll be transitioning to a new digital communications service provider, PetDesk.  


PetDesk will be operational as of June 3rd, 2024 and we don’t expect you’ll experience any downtime. We will continue to monitor both communication platforms while we transition.


Change always has the potential for a few rocky spots, but we look forward to presenting you with an effective and convenient replacement for our digital communications soon. In the meantime, please continue to access your pet’s online records and interact with us as you do now.
